The Charity and Support Fund of Julius Ludwick Wiener - is a philanthropic organization and the first community fund in Klaipeda region.
Fund reflects deep historical philanthropy traditions coming from 18th century. This fund was renewed in continuance of famous philanthropist Julius Liudvikas Vyneris (1795-1862) of Klaipeda region, and his philanthropic activity.
Mission of the Fund
To support the initiatives of the community in Western Lithuania, while forming and executing the support politics of physical persons and business entities and while building up a capital of the fund.

The Fund of J. L. Wiener - is a reliable and well-known community fund in Western Lithuania that has collected a stable capital and constantly allocates funds for the support of the community initiatives.

The Control Structure of the Fund
The highest control organ is the meeting of the sharers. The founders of the fund - physical persons and business entities that have brought in some kind of deposit. The supporters of the fund can also become the sharers of the fund after the meeting decides to announce them as sharers.
The fund has a collective control organ - the Board, the members of which meet several times a year, form the strategy of the fund and supervise its execution, make various decisions of governance, allocate support.

Present and Potential Financial Sources of the Fund
- The support/investments of business sector (firms, companies and etc.)
- The support of citizens (possibilities of 2% law, collection of other kind of donations from physical persons);
- Anonymous financial sources;
- Funds from physical persons and business entities from foreign countries (communities of foreign Lithuanians);
- Support from other funds for execution of projects;
- Bank percents, commission percent from special bank and fund credit cards.
- The percent from sales of production with Wiener's name (sweets, other products);
- Support by various communication devices (SMS, calls) during television or radio shows and in the internet site http://www.vyneris.lt/.
- Funds and property of various persons, given to the fund according to the testament or as a donation.
